500 cc of molecular sieve 5A in this metal trap reduces moisture to less than 1 ppm at most instrument flow rates of 2 L/min. Internal 20 µm frits at each end prevent particle contamination of your instruments. The Model 500 will remove water from over 20 standard cylinders of compressed air. The trap can be regenerated by baking under helium flow at 200°C for 4 hours, venting to the hood. Approximate dimensions: 2'' x 14'' with fittings. Maximum pressure is 1000 psig. It is shipped filled with high-purity helium, and regeneration service is available.
