The Eco-Mizer is a special valve and pressure gauge assembly designed to provide an easy method of conserving carrier gases used in gas chromatography. It consists of a fine metering needle valve in parallel with an on-off by-pass valve. When the on-off valve is closed, the only flow is through the adjustable needle. The Eco-Mizer can be mounted by a right angle mounting bracket (supplied) or through a panel hole. The valve body is made from aluminum with brass cartridge body and seat, Viton on-off seal, and stainless steel valve stem. Operating temperature is 50°C with a maximum pressure of 125 psig. Connections are 1/8" Swagelok type.
