This integrated system was specially designed for use with mobile phase solvent recyclers. Up to five valves can be used at once, for mobile phase recirculation, pump, filtration, vacuum/vent and sparge.

The Mobile Phase Delivery System consists of:
Solvent Pickup Adapter - Safe, time-saving inline filtration replaces the pour-and-wait funnel filtration method. Stopcock allows vacuum degassing after filtration.

Five-Valve Filtration/Delivery/Recirculation Cap - The combination of filtration and mobile phase delivery functions in one cap means that mobile phases can be filtered, stored and delivered without transferring to another vessel. When used with a solvent recycler in isocratic methods, the fifth valve allows clean mobile phase to recirculate into the reservoir. Helium-tight valves and connections are used to provide convenient and clean delivery of mobile phase with or without helium sparging. PTFE/CTFE construction is resistant to all HPLC solvents except tetrahydrofuran. (System with THF-resistant 5 valve cap available; please call.) A removable 47 mm glass frit allows easy cleaning and replacement of membrane filters.

HPLC Reservoir®- The unique conical reservoir bottom assures virtually complete delivery of mobile phase without dangerous reservoir tilting. It is made from high-quality borosilicate glass for purity.
