Trajan Scientific and Medical has completed its acquisition of Chromatography Research Supplies, Inc. (CRS). The acquisition of CRS is highly complementary to Trajan’s product portfolio in the analytical workflow and consolidates Trajan’s current market-leading position in gas chromatography sample introduction.

CRS brings a strong development and production engineering team, exceptional customer service and quality offering that Trajan looks to leverage across other operational centers. Equally Trajan sees growth opportunities for the CRS range as part of its larger scale global team.

Stephen Tomisich, CEO and Managing Director of Trajan said: “We welcome the CRS team to Trajan. We have partnered with CRS for many years and have a deep understanding of their business and look forward to working closely with the team in this chapter of our respective histories.”

For over 25 years CRS has been led by Glenn Thomas (owner) and Debbie Clark (VP). The acquisition sees Glenn move into retirement and Debbie continuing to manage the Louisville site, reporting to Kayte Parlevliet (General Manager Separation Science Business Unit, Trajan).

Debbie Clark said: “CRS and Trajan are a natural fit through product offerings as well as a company vision that places value on our employees and strives to leave the world in a better place than when we found it. The team is excited for the future and to move forward now as Trajan Louisville”.
