We are pleased to launch our redesigned website, which was created with you in mind! We are excited about the new website and hope that you are too.



A number of pages are still undergoing some minor construction, but the overall look and perfomance of the site is much improved. There are some new features added such as the ability to pay your invoices and account balances online and invoice tracking information.



Unfortunately former registrations and passwords do not work on the redesigned site. The Customer Service staff is in the process of preregistering our recurring customers and issuing new, temporary passwords which will be emailed directly to you. If you have not received an email with this information and you need to place an order, there are a few things you will need to know:



1. You cannot place an order with a PO number until we sync the account information on our end. Your only option will be to order with a credit card.

2. You will not see your discounted pricing until we sync the account information on our end.

3. During this period orders can be sent to us via email at sales@chromres.com .



We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause. We expect to have all accounts setup quickly so we ask for your patience during this transition.
